Founded in 1988, the Clinical Laboratory of Nikos L. Papaloizou is a pioneer in healthcare services, combining advanced technology with a strong human-centered approach. From its early years, the laboratory has participated in external interlaboratory quality audits to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of results.
A major upgrade in 2010 introduced state-of-the-art automated analysers and innovative software, enabling high-quality diagnostics with speed and precision. That same year, the laboratory achieved ISO 15189 accreditation, confirming compliance with European and international quality standards.
Led by Mr. Nikos L. Papaloizou and supported by highly trained personnel, the laboratory operates with integrity, professionalism, and patient-focused care. As Optivia's lab partner they provide advanced, comprehensive laboratory testing, including convenient at-home sample collection, enabling us and our medical partners to deliver accurate, personalized clinical reports to our users.

Dr. Nicoletta Constantinou, born in Nicosia, Cyprus, graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras, Greece, in 2007. She gained extensive clinical experience at hospitals in Nicosia and Limassol, and completed a 5-year specialisation program at Nicosia General Hospital, focusing on emergency care and internal medicine, with a special interest in diabetes-endocrinology, liver disease, and infectious diseases.
Since 2015, Dr. Constantinou has been running her own clinic, MEDidalion, offering comprehensive patient care with modern diagnostic equipment. She also provides consultancy to various clinics, participates in European seminars and congresses, and holds certification in Advanced Life Support from the European Resuscitation Council. She is a member of the Red Cross and medical associations in both Cyprus and Patras, Greece.
Dr. Constantinou consistently goes above and beyond, staying up to date with the latest innovations and scientific advancements to provide the highest standard of care.
