We built Optivia to bring real data directly to you through comprehensive lab testing, science-backed insights, and personalised guidance. Our goal is to help you truly understand what’s happening inside your body before problems escalate.

After you sign up, you’ll receive a link to book your appointment. Our certified lab partners will come directly to your home to collect your blood sample at the time that works best for you.

Your membership includes annual testing across comprehensive panels of over 100 biomarkers. If you want to check a specific biomarker at any other time, you can do so on demand for a member-only additional cost.

Anythign that can impact your long-term health and wellbeing, we test it.

Some of the lab tests require fasting to ensure accurate results, while others don’t. When you schedule your testing, our team will provide clear instructions on which tests require fasting and how long you need to fast beforehand.
Yes. For many tests, including fasting labs, morning appointments are recommended. This makes fasting easier to manage and ensures more accurate results for markers like blood sugar, insulin, and certain hormones that naturally fluctuate throughout the day.
Never stop your medications without consulting your personal doctor. Some medications can affect test results, so it’s important to follow your doctor’s guidance. Our lab team will provide instructions on any tests that may require special preparation.
Your safety and comfort are our top priority. Our trained lab specialists are experienced in handling blood draws in a home environment and situations like dizziness or fainting. If you feel unwell, we can pause or stop the procedure immediately.
At Optivia, all blood draws are conducted in the comfort of your own home. This approach is designed to minimize stress and anxiety, and to reduce the risk of fainting that can sometimes occur in clinical settings.The complete set of results is usually available within 3-4 weeks. Once all tests are finished, our independent doctors review your results and prepare a detailed report explaining your biomarkers and what they mean for your overall health.
After your report is complete, you can schedule a call with your Optivia health coach. During this call, your health coach will walk through your results with you, answer questions, and provide educational explanations to help you better understand your health. Please note, the health coach does not prescribe medications or provide medical treatment, their role is strictly informational and supportive.
If a result of you lab tests indicates a potential urgent or serious health issue, we will reach out immediately to inform you in order to seek urgent care from a qualified medical professional.

• For critical results, we may contact you directly to ensure you get prompt attention.
• For non-urgent results, we’ll provide a detailed summary and guidance for discussing the findings with your doctor.

It is very rare but yes, lab tests can have errors. We work only with certified, accredited laboratory partners who follow strict quality-control procedures to keep mistakes to an absolute minimum. If a result looks unusual or inconsistent, it’s often repeated or confirmed to ensure accuracy.

Only authorised individuals can access your results. This includes you, our accredited lab partners, licensed clinicians, and essential authorized administrators. In rare cases, certain results may be shared with state health authorities if required by law to support public health efforts.
Yes, you can request to have your data deleted at any time. Once we receive your request, we remove your personal information from our systems, except for any data we must keep to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Keep in mind deletion is permanent and we cannot recover your data once is removed
